National

Sport England – Tackling Inactivity and Economic Disadvantage Fund

Description:
Grants are available for projects which support inactive people from lower socio-economic groups in England by engaging with them through sport and physical activity with the result of helping them change their lives for the better.
Application deadline: 06/11/2017 
 

Awards for All – England

Description:
Grants are available for voluntary groups, schools, local authorities and health bodies in England to carry out projects that will improve their local community.
 

Boost Charitable Trust

Description:
Small grants are available to charities and non-profit making organisations with a focus on sport that help disabled and disadvantaged individuals in the UK participate in sport.
 

Central Social and Recreational Trust

Description:
Grants are available for sports clubs and organisations in England to provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation for the benefit of disadvantaged children who are under the age of 21 years.
 

DWF Charitable Foundation

Description:
One-off grants are available to registered charities in England, Wales and the Republic of Ireland for projects that address issues of homelessness, employability, education, health and well being.
 

Persimmon Community Champions

Description:
One-off grants are available for local community organisations and charities that have already secured matched funding for local community initiatives across England, Scotland and Wales.
 

Peter Harrison Foundation – Opportunities through Sport Programme

Description:
Grants are available to charities registered in the UK that are running sports projects which provide opportunities for people who are disabled or otherwise disadvantaged to fulfil their potential and develop personal and life skills.
 

Sport England – Small Grants Programme

Description:
Grants are available to help not-for-profit sports clubs, local authorities and schools in England to carry out local community sports projects and encourage more people (aged 14 years and older) to be involved in sport.

Regional

Youth Investment Fund

Description:
This round is only open for youth organisations to deliver, expand and create high quality local youth provision in the following locations: Sandwell, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Solihull, Walsall, Peterborough, Kings Lynn and West Norfolk, Huntingdonshire, Fenland and East Cambridgeshire.
Application deadline: 20/11/2017
 

Tamworth – Voluntary Organisation Grants

Description:
Funding is available to encourage groups in Tamworth to develop and to support the vision and corporate priorities of the Council which are to aspire and prosper, and to be healthier and safer.
Application deadline: 01/12/2017 
 

Nuneaton and Bedworth Sports Forum

Description:
Grants are available to local sports clubs in Nuneaton and Bedworth for new activities and projects that will help with the club’s development.
 

Roughley Trust

Description:
Grants are available for registered charities in Birmingham undertaking projects in the areas of special needs, deprivation and disadvantage, fostering health and well-being, and the arts, heritage and environment.
 

Staffordshire Community Foundation

Description:
Grants are available to support voluntary and community groups in Staffordshire for general community benefit, including healthy living, road safety, community development and the lives of young people.
 

Stoke City Football Club Community Fund

Description:
Grants are available to local community, self-help and voluntary groups for charitable projects which benefit local communities in Staffordshire and South Cheshire.
 

Warwick – Sports Grants

Description:
Small one-off grants are available for not-for-profit local voluntary sports clubs and community groups within Warwick District to assist with sports-related activities.
 

West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner – Active Citizens Fund

Description:
Funding is available for projects in the West Midlands that will make a difference to communities and that they can be actively engaged in.
